A practical range of emergency lighting units for 12v tungsten halogen 10-50W lamps.
Specification
The unit uses valve-regulated sealed lead acid batteries with full output on emergency. The boxes are white epoxy-powder-coated steel construction. These can be 1, 2, or 3 x 7.2 AH depending on the wattage of the lamps used and the emergency duration required.
The unit is fitted with 2 LEDs to indicate battery charging and lamp filament integrity. Units are non-maintained as standard, and house the sealed lead acid battery or batteries together with the control circuitry. Fused terminals are provided for the 230v AC input and the 12V DC output is also fuse protected.
The enclosure is of sufficient size to house a 230v AC -12v DC electronic transformer for maintained operation if required. All units provide three hour duration with lamps of the appropriate rating.
