The ES Light is a general purpose,
cost-effective emergency
escape route sign that’s perfect for everywhere indoors.
Specification
Comprising a white, stove-enamelled, zintec-coated sheet steel
base and fitted with a self-extinguishing legend panel,
the ES Light is designed for use on escape
routes. It passes the 850°C hot-wire test, as defined by ICEL.
The ES Light has cable knockouts, which are provided in the sides and the top,
with a BESA entry in the back. Complying with the requirements of EN60598-2-22
the ES Light is also suitable for incorporation into an emergency lighting
system complying with BS5266-1:2005.
The ES Light can be fitted with legends complying with the Health and Safety
signs Directive of 1996, while for extensions a full range of BS5499 legends
remain available. With flexibility in mind, choose from a wide number of alternative
finishes, including British Standard or RAL colour, plus brass & chrome.
