The new FML light uses high illumination white LEDs in a small compact shell. Due to its small drain on the mains power supply, and the life-span of the LEDs and batteries, you can almost forget it’s there – especially with the self-test function. It’s designed to be recess mounted in walls and ceilings for low profile emergency lighting.

Specification
Comprising a stove-enamelled sheet steel base and fitted with a clear prismatic diffuser retained by a white bezel, the FML Light is designed for use on escape routes. It passes the 850°C hot-wire test, as defined by ICEL.
The diffuser is attached by captive screws and provides a seal to IP20. The gear tray is hinged for ease of installation and is easily removable to allow first fix of the base. Complying with the requirements of EN60598-2-22, and suitable for incorporation into an emergency lighting system complying with BS5266-1:2005, the FML Light is available in RAL 9010 as standard or special finishes.
