With changes to the way that we have been operating we have been able to continue to supply our emergency lighting products. Working methods have been updated with guidance from the government. There may be a slight delay while we get to grips with the new ways of working, but so far we are getting your orders to you, on time.
At the moment we are not experiencing too much delay from our component suppliers. But if we think there will be a problem in getting your order out we will let you know as soon as we do.

In light of the current situation that we are all caught up in, with the Covid-19 virus, our team at Ringtail want to reach out to you to reassure you that we are still open and currently planning our emergency procedures in the event of a forced full lock-down.
We are still operational and sending out your orders. There are fewer of us here and we are keeping to the government guidelines of keeping apart and ensuring that our hygiene regime is adhered to.
Our suppliers have indicated that parts will not be delayed and the supply chain is unaffected.
If the worst comes to the worst some of the team will be able to work from home and the telephones will still be answered. If however, we are all forced into full lock-down then our production and despatch will have to stop and no orders will be sent. We are currently working to build up stock of the most popular lights so that upon our return we can start to send out orders on a first come first served basis.
We realise that many of our customers will be in the same predicament and not be allowed to work, but rest assured we will be here when you need us.
More personally, if you are directly affected by the Covid-19 virus, and are currently having to self-isolate, we appreciate that this can be a lonely time. If you just want a chat we are happy to talk to you if you need a distraction from the current situation.
